The Internet and websites have become more and more of a integral part of our society. The building and designing of websites is a important component of a digital education. In this unit, we will build our skills by learning basic HTML code and using Weebly to create a WYSIWYG website that will be used as exam review and a portfolio. It is important that you learn to create engaging and functional websites. In addition we will discuss what makes a good layout and design when creating for an online platform.

Web Design ProjectsWe will begin by learning the basics of HTML. We will only have enough time to do a simple page using code. Once you have a basic understanding of code, we will move into a WYSIWYG website createor called Weebly. You will create a portfolio of all you projects that you have completed in Digital Media one. This will also serve as your exam review.
